Picture Boxes and Packaging

A complete new range of packaging has been developed by Simply Boxes for the distribution of framed pictures, photographs and artwork.

The picture packs (as they are being called) have been designed to cater for varying sizes of artwork and also varying widths, therefore reducing the range of boxes required to meet the differing size demands.

With months of development already taken place, the solution has arose with the picture pack not only concentrating on providing excellent corner protection but also giving a professional appearance for presentation.

The design uses the principle of a folding wrap so that large format photographs can be easily placed within the packaging before the box is closed.

The picture pack comes with a choice of two cushioning materials the most popular being the dimpled foam. This foam gives extra burst protection incase the doubled walled cardboard is pierced, it also traps the framed pictures in place no matter how small or large the pictures are. The packs when using the foam can accommodate frames up to 35mm thick. The second choice uses large bubble wrap as the inner cushioning material. This choice is offered as an economy range  to suit the value of the framed photographs/pictures being sent. With this option picture frames up to 50mm can be used.
