Such as The Music Box, CHORD WIN, Harmonic Progressions, Listen, FlexiMusic Composer, Hear Master, Fruity Loops and MusiGenesis, MidiIllustrator. Some are Midi based software and loopable sample based software.

I had tried FlexiMusic Composer it is a loopable sample based composing software, it can create melody by adding samples in few clicks and MidiIllustrator is a midi based music notation software. Many of them like this nowadays,
