How to play I am thinking if a person

Kid friendly vacations travel word games are great for keeping children occupied while traveling, but word games are also great for family fun while camping, hiking, or simply walking…

"I am thinking of a person" is one of our favorite guessing games. It is easy to play and is easily tailored to the age and interests of the kids. It is a kids travel game that is fun to play while traveling on family vacations and fun for short trips or a family hiking trek.

How to play I am thinking of a person
To begin this game, one person thinks of a person. Depending on your children's ages, it might be a member of your immediate family, a member of your church, a comedian, a cartoon character, or even a famous historical figure.

The other members of the group then try to figure out the "person" by asking yes/no questions. For instance.....

o Is your person a female?
o Is your person a member of our family?
o Is your person older than 20?

The players continue asking questions until someone guesses correctly. The winner then thinks of the next person.

Variations
o Points can make the game more difficult. The player that guesses correctly gets 2 points and 1 point is deducted for each incorrect guess.
" Try adding a theme to the game - each person in the game will follow the theme.

This travel word game can be as complex or as simple as you and your family care to make it…. just have fun with it. Kid friendly travel activities can make family travel easy and fun.
