Learn to paint like a pro from a pro

There is 1001 things to discuss about how to paint a room.A brief description of what is in my video tutorial at; First thing is to know what your going to paint and what color and type paint and of course shine level.

To start with first consider the room lighting whether there is lots of natural light or limited lighting and what you want to do with the room and furnish it with. Next, when your ready to paint, have all the necessary equipment like drop cloths. rollers handles extension poles trays, and brush, plaster and sand paper.First cover the room down thoroughly not leaving any open spots because for sure that is where the paint will drop.

Plaster all your holes and cracks, when they dry sand them, now spot prime them .Next your going to cut in the at the ceiling with the brush. Cutting with the brush here this takes a lot of practice generally you start low and work up to the ceiling progressively in short strokes as you get hang of it you'll speed up. Now that you have cut around the room, its time to role.

On a normal 8.5 foot wall make a small "w" on the wall going forward to deposit the paint forward of the roller go back and roll forward and then back again to smooth it out. Do this all the way around the room.

Now that you’re done and your paint is dry, pick up your drop clothes carefully not to get the walls dusty.
