Find Time for Exercise at Work or While Traveling
During breaks, go for a walk instead of taking a coffee or a snack in the lounge. You could also find some co-workers willing to join you on a regular workout routine. They may help stick to your schedule.
Use the stairs as often as possible. If you must attend a meeting on another floor, get off the elevator earlier and take the stairs. Always remember that physical activity is important and consider it as any other appointment of the day. Try not to change your plans for any problem that comes along.
If your work involves traveling, you may choose a hotel that has fitness facilities. Maintain your health by choosing healthy food like broiled chicken, fish, or steamed vegetables.
Stick to at least part of your usual workout program and you may notice that your energy level is up. While you`re gone it`s good to exercise at least every third day (or more often, if possible) and perform at the same level of intensity one-third or more of your usual workout exercises.
