Fingal Puts Balance Between Golf And Nature

Golfers have particular wants and demands in terms of the golf courses they will play on. Others prefer an easy one - especially those who are new to golf – while others like it to be highly challenging to make the game more exciting. Whatever your preference is, there is always a golf course perfect for your needs at County Fingal.

Fingal – Golf And Nature Combined

Fingal is home to a number of impressive golf courses backdropped by the beauty of nature. It is in Fingal where you can experience a tee time while being entertained by the scenic views surrounding the golf courses. Most of the towns in Fingal have their own golf course attraction. So wherever you are in Fingal, Dublin, you can always enjoy a tee time.

When in Balbriggan, you can head on to the Balbriggan Golf Club. This is an 18-hole golf course that provides a panoramic view of the east coast Ireland. Golfers visit this golf club for two reasons: for the game and for the views.

Two of the golf courses here at Fingal are popular for their undulating fairways: the Skerries Golf Club and the Holywood Lakes Golf Club. The latter also offers challenging games because of the bodies of water in the course. Close to Belfast Road, the Turvey Golf Club is at the perfect location for some pro-like golf game.

Another accessible golf club at Fingal is the Corrstown Golf Club. This golf club is just about 10 minutes north of Dublin airport. Some other towns with notable golf clubs are Donabate, Howth, and Clonsilla. These towns are known for their golf attractions.

The Donabate Golf Club has 27 holes, 8 of which have water challenges. This golf club is listed as one of Ireland’s best golf clubs. The entire golf course is covered with sand-based greens. The water areas serve as challenges to golfers. There is also a modern clubhouse at the club where golfers can rest for awhile.

The Howth Golf Club is one of the most scenic golf clubs at Fingal. It offers scenic views of the Dublin Bay and the Cooley Mountains. Wherever you look at, your eyes can feast at the beauty of the surrounding views. The views make the entire game relaxing.

There are still more golf clubs to enjoy at County Fingal, Dublin. Truly, Fingal is a heaven for golfers and nature lovers. Whether it is for golf or for nature trips, County Fingal has something for you.
