I Went From SIze 14 to Size 6 In Just 8 Weeks

I was in hospital for over a month and when I got out and was recouperating my weight went totally out of control. I was unable to walk for exercise and was eating in between meals putting on over 20 kg within 12 weeks. I tried many different diets with varying results and experienced some weight loss but immediately put it back on again.
