The next exercise is the cross crunch, and it works the abs. Lie on your back and bend your knees at a ninety degree angle, then cradle your left hand behind your head. Lift your head and shoulders off the ground and reach across your body so the opposite hand is reaching to the other side of the body. Repeat twenty times, then switch sides and repeat another twenty reps for the other side.
The tailbone lift works the lower abs. To perform, lie flat on your back and extend your arms straight over your head. Exhale and lift your tailbone and then slowly lower, but don't drop to the floor. Repeat thirty times.
In combination with these exercises and a proper diet you can lose the fat and get abs fast. If you incorporate some cardio into your routine, such a going for a thirty minute walk everyday, plus these exercises, you will have the best body on the beach in no time. These exercises will work but it is not recommended that you do these more than five times a week and do not increase the reps unless you can handle it. Most people want to increase the workout because they think they will see results faster. This will only result in pulling or straining some muscles and then you can't exercise for a few days. It ends up slowing you down instead.
Do the exercises in moderation and eat in moderation and you will get abs in no time. Exercise and diet are a great combination.
