A Huge Rush For Come Back Little Sheba Broadway Tickets

Get ready for some emotional drama on stage. The huge demand of “Come Back Little Sheba” Broadway tickets indicates that the story of Doc and Lola depicted in the play has managed to touch the hearts of audience. Directed by David Cromer and produced by Shattered Globe Theater, “Come Back Little Sheba” promises to stir your soul with a heart wrenching tale of a couple stuck in a loveless marriage, each one trying to fulfill failed dreams in their own way.

The characters Lola and Doc are played by Epatha Merkerson of “Law & Order” fame and Kevin Anderson, who starred in “Orpheus Descending”, “Death of a Salesman”, and “Brooklyn”. Zoe Kaza plays Marie, a bubbly art student who comes into the life of the couple, on to add more disruption.

Besides them, you can watch Lyle Kanouse (of “Big River” fame), Brenda Wehle (who starred in “Pygmalion”), Brian Smith (whose “Fabulous Life of Size Zero” enchanted the audience), Joseph Adams (of “A View From The Bridge” fame), Daniel Damon Joyce (starring in “Urban Cowboy”), Matthew J. Williamson (of “Boston Legal” fame), Keith Randolph Smith (who gave a stunning performance in “A Midsummer Night's Dream”), and Chad Hoeppner (of “Butley” fame).

The creative team of this Broadway show consists of scenic designer - James Noone, lighting designer - Jane Cox, costume designer - Jennifer von Mayrhauser, sound designer - Obadiah Eaves, fight director - J. David Brimmer, casting director – Daniel Caparelliotis, and original music composer - Peter Golub.

“Come Back Little Sheba” is set on a domestic background. You can see a well furnished living room and a kitchen with a working sink. The sets are so designed that it’s hard to say you are sitting on a theater seat and this is just a play.
Certain scenes in the play are so dramatic that you can’t help but react to them. The part of the story, when Doc finds out about the sexual relationship between Marie and Turf, is followed with a highly emotional drama in which the Doc resumes his drinking habit and gets violent too.

His wife, Lola, who remains lost in her own fantasies, tries to fulfill her unsatisfied urges through Marie’s sexual adventures. She can be seen sneaking into the personal life of Marie and Turf. In the end, you can see a desperate Lola leaning at the door and calling out to Sheba, her pup who left a long time ago. She badly wishes it to come back and so shouts, “Come back little Sheba.”

There is only one way you can feel the emotions portrayed in the play – watch the show! It’s a story of faded hopes and shattered dreams. Each character expresses his or her emotions with unwavering honesty and tear-jerking impact.

Rather than standing at the box office, waiting for your turn, log online and book your tickets instantly. You can also call a number of ticketing services and get tickets delivered at home!
