How to Bring Large Traffic to your Adsense Site

Have you been wondering why you have not been making so much money with the adsense program?

Are you one of those who believed the adsense program can not really make you money?

Do you struggle to bring in quality traffic to your adsense site?

If you answer YES to some or all of these questions, then this article is just meant for you.

A lot of people have made so much money with the adsense program. Adsense is a program created by the owners of google the worlds largest search engine.

The genius at google developed this program to give site owners the opportunity to partner with them and also share from their wealth.

Site owners are expected to register for the program. If google finds your site suitable for this partnership, you are accepted almost immediately.

Google now crawl your site with their “wonder” software and deposit or place relevant ads relevant to your sites contents on your site. When people (visitors to your site) click on these ads, you get paid by google.

Google has jealously guided the percentage of sharing the money coming in from the ads but some people believed it is done in the ratio 40-60%. That is 40% to google and 60% to the site owner.

For you to make large sums of money with the program, you must be ready to

1.      Choose competitive keywords that have high bids.

2.      Bring large traffic to your adsense site.

I will be talking about how to bring large traffic to your site since this is the major focus of this article.

I have brought large traffic to my site using the following means:

  • Writing and Submitting Articles: This is a fantastic way to get traffic to your adsense site. You are to write quite a number of SEO articles and submit to article submission sites. If you cannot write articles, you can place other people’s articles on your site. You must however include the author’s resource box. You can search on google for article submission sites.
  • Through Search Engines (S.E): You can also get good traffic from SE. You only need to submit your site to these search engines. You must however put enough effort in to your site to make your site rank high enough on the SE.
  • Forums: You can make it a point of duty to participate regularly on forums in your niche area. Some forums will allow you to include link to your site in your signature. This practice can bring lots of traffic to your site.
  • Offer FREEBIES on your site: I will advise you have something to offer FREE for visitors to your site apart from the quality contents you have for them. On our site at www.rocktech.biz we have these FREEBIES for our first time visitors and also great quality articles.
  • FREE classified ads: I have used this strategy sometimes and even though there are limitations here and there for the free version, it is still worth a trial. I will however advise you to consider some of their paid version. You can get a quality service and you will be glad you did.
  • Pay per click (PPC): A lot have been written about this topic. I have used googles ppc program-adwords and yahoo ppc for some time now but I prefer the later because I always get good traffic for fewer amounts.
  • Run a Quality Newsletter: It is important you have a good newsletter in place and make sure you say something about your site to your subscribers every edition of your newsletter so that they can visit your site
  • In your signature: You can always include your signature in the e-mail you send out to friends. Your signature can simply be written this way; “For quality education on internet marketing, check (your site)”. Just make it as simple and descriptive as possible. You can be sure receivers of your e-mail will be glad to visit your site.
  • On your business card: I also have my website written on my business card. I hand over my card to almost everybody I come across. Quite a number of them will just take a look at my site when they are online.
  • On my bound books: Recently I self-published a book on mathematics education and the link to my site was placed on strategic locations in the book. Whoever buys my book will surely come in contact with the link to my site and they might go ahead to look at it.
  • Ad swapping: This is a good one even though I have not fully exploited it. You can list a number of sites in the same line of business as yours and send a mail to them requesting ads swapping. I advised you should have first of all created a “favorite page” on your website (we have one on our site) featuring the links to these websites. In your e-mail to them, you can point them to your favorite page for them to have a look. Some of them might just be glad to work with you and this alone can bring you quality traffic for a long time to come.
  • On T-Shirts: You can have the link to your site inscribed boldly on your T-Shirt. This way you are giving FREE publicity to your site wherever you go.

These are just some of the ways I bring traffic to my adsense site. You can think of more ways. When you must have done these, you can afford to sit back and watch your adsense cash roll in everyday.
