Gypsum Corporation Establishes Asbestos Personal Injury Settlement Trust

The US Gypsum Asbestos Trust started accepting claims in February. The trust was constituted under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code to handle asbestos related Personal injury claims that United States Gypsum Corporation is legally accountable to.
