Finally, a new way of looking at employment. www.thejobiwant.com offers a different take of looking for a job, rather than you looking for a job, employers can look for you. What you do is, create job profiles and outline what kind of job you are looking for and other parameters such as salary, experience, work from home etc. You can also attach a photo, resume and even an audio file introducing yourself, this is all free mind you. Your profiles are immediately available for the public to search.

Registration for employers is also free, and this allows them to communication with job seekers directly from their job seeker advertisement. All communication is stored on the website which allows you to revisit at a future date and see what people.

It really is quite an amazing system and also completely FREE. We hope to introduce a new platform where employers have more power and more choice from an international community of active job seekers.
