How to be a Senior Executive Director

Ok, so you've just joined your brand new Creative Memories business or you're about to join. It's possible you've been a part of Creative Memories already and you haven't had the success you're looking for.

I plan on giving an overview of Creative Memories and their business opportunity. The good the bad and the ugly if there is an ugly. I come from a sales background and have quite a bit of experience in both MLM and the sales industry.

What is Creative Memories?
Creative Memories is a family mlm company with a focus on keep sake photo albums. They really offer picture scrapbooking photo albums and organizational tools to keep track of all these different memories. CM has had success in the last 10 years but they've been around since 1987. Their main target market is middle class middle income clientele.

Creative Memories sells mostly photo albums.CM offers the best type of social memory capture for your values worth. Creative Memories offers digital and manual photo services depending on your needs. In recent years organizational options have been added to their product line, especially given the current economy.

The Business
The business opportunity that representatives enrol into is always going to be criticized because it's a multi level marketing company, which we know, that you can't get around. Even though it's still a proper and legit business to make money from.

You need to get customers and build a team. The reps you can't recruit are usually the people you try to turn into your clients, through, photo albums, scrapbooking or organizational tools. A good position to get to is Senior Unit Leader. SED is one of the highest levels to reach in Creative Memories. At the SED level you're making six figures and you pretty much do Creative Memories full-time.

It can be difficult to produce a lot of Unit Leaders or to even get there, really because of the economy and the association of an MLM with the service field. One of the biggest problems reps have coming into this industry is having the trust of their clients or potential clients because you're dealing with the most important thing in people's lives, their finances.

It's difficult to build contacts in the network marketing world without having and prior experience, especially in mlm. Learning about the company while building a solid list of prospects outside of friends and family can be a daunting task. Lead generation is the last thing that's thought about but should really be first on any business owners list. When you're not making money in the beginning and you have to do all the training plus build your business at the same time, it can be quite stressful.

Having a marketing plan in place before you start anything can be a vital part of your success in Creative Memories. I use the internet myself, and generate all my leads on line for free. If you think you're the next Director super star of Creative Memories check out my links below in the author box for a little bit of help.
